Registration Declaration: Every new player must declare their date of birth during sign-up. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent the age restriction is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Self-Exclusion Tools

Short-Term Self-Exclusion

Choose a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. During this period, your account will be fully suspended — you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive marketing communications.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

Email support@0kz.club with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". State your registered mobile number, your chosen exclusion duration, and — if you wish — a brief reason. Your exclusion will be activated within 24 hours of your request being received.

24-Hour Activation

Self-exclusion is honoured and enforced. Once a self-exclusion is active, 0kz will not accept re-registration attempts from the same person during the exclusion period. If you attempt to re-register and our systems identify you as a self-excluded player, your new account will be closed and any deposits returned. Our self-exclusion database is reviewed as part of every new account opening.

How to set a deposit limit: Contact our support team at support@0kz.club with the subject line "Deposit Limit Request". Specify whether you want a daily, weekly, or monthly limit and the maximum amount in Bangladeshi Taka. For example: "Please set a weekly deposit limit of ৳5,000 on my account." Your limit will be applied within 24 hours.

We deliberately apply a 7-day delay to any request to increase a deposit limit. This cooling-off period is designed to protect you from impulsive decisions — especially after a losing session. If you still want the increase after 7 days, it will be applied automatically. If you change your mind during that week, contact us to cancel the increase request.

Session Time Controls & Time-Out

Time spent gambling can pass very quickly, particularly during live cricket betting or immersive live casino sessions. 0kz provides two complementary tools to help you manage the time you spend on the platform: session time limits and time-out periods.

Session Time Limits. A session time limit caps the maximum duration of each individual login session. Once the limit is reached, you are automatically logged out. Before logging back in, a responsible gaming reminder is displayed showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session. Available session time limits are: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours.

Reality Check Reminders. If you prefer not to set a hard session limit, you can enable periodic reality check pop-ups at 30-minute or 60-minute intervals. Each pop-up displays your session duration and net position, and gives you the option to continue playing or end the session. Reality checks cannot be dismissed without making an active choice.

Time-Out (Cooling-Off Period). A time-out is a short, structured break from gambling that is more formal than simply closing the browser. When you activate a time-out, your account is suspended for the chosen period and cannot be accessed — not even to view your balance. Available time-out durations are listed below.
