Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

By creating an account and using the 0kz platform, you represent and warrant that each of the following conditions is true and accurate at the time of registration and remains true throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing 0kz on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 0kz or any other gambling platform from which an exclusion request has been communicated to 0kz.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager.
• You are depositing funds from a payment source that is lawfully held in your name — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or an approved bank account registered to you personally.
• The information you provide during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

0kz will conduct age and identity verification as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal. Where 0kz has reasonable grounds to believe that the above eligibility conditions are not met, it reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawal, and investigate the matter fully before taking further action. Age-verification failures may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance derived from wagering activity conducted while ineligible.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 0kz services — including real-money wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — you must register a verified account via the 0kz Login page. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid bKash, Nagad, or bank account number for payment processing.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 0kz. The creation of additional accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balance held across those accounts may be forfeited.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 0kz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in your control is treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support@0kz.club immediately so that 0kz can suspend the account and investigate.

• Do not share your password with any other person, including friends or family members.
• Do not access your 0kz account from a shared or public device where your credentials may be stored or visible to others.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication or PIN features offered by 0kz to further protect your account.
• Notify support@0kz.club promptly if your registered mobile number changes, to maintain uninterrupted access to your bKash or Nagad payment method.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 0kz are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is displayed within the payment section of your account.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your 0kz wallet balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier interface at the time of deposit. 0kz does not charge any fee for deposits, although your payment provider may apply charges — these are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The target processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals from fully verified accounts is approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier interface.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified 0kz account.
• KYC must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.
• 0kz reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above certain threshold amounts. These checks are completed within 24 hours in the majority of cases.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support@0kz.club immediately if you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly.
• Chargebacks or reversal requests submitted through a payment provider without prior contact with 0kz may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 0kz offers bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles set out in this section apply to all 0kz promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 deposit means that ৳30,000 must be wagered across eligible games before any bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per eligible promotional period, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account lapse if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Lapsed bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• Certain game types may contribute differently — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Live casino tables, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than standard slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• If a withdrawal request is submitted while bonus funds with an active wagering requirement are present in the account, those bonus funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited and the withdrawal will be processed from real-money balance only.
• 0kz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering progress accumulated before the cancellation date will be honoured.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

0kz is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 0kz reserves the right to suspend the account, reverse affected transactions, and permanently close the account with or without notice.

• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account, for any reason.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games or sports markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors in sports markets — including placing bets on clearly mispriced odds and requesting withdrawal of any resulting balance before the error is corrected.
• Collusion with other players — including coordinating card hands in live poker variants, sharing live casino dealer information in real time, or agreeing to split winnings from a shared strategy across two accounts.
• Any conduct connected to match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed at 0kz.
• Using the 0kz platform to launder money, transfer funds between parties under the guise of gambling, or conduct any transaction connected to unlawful activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with the 0kz support team.
• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept communications on the platform, or interfere with the integrity of any game outcome.

0kz monitors all account activity continuously using automated risk management systems and manual review processes. Players whose activity patterns are identified as suspicious will be subject to enhanced scrutiny. Decisions made by 0kz regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject to a formal appeal submitted in writing to support@0kz.club within 30 days of the decision being communicated.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 0kz platform — including but not limited to the 0kz brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is either owned by 0kz or used under licence from its respective rights holders, including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0kz platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the 0kz platform or its content without prior written consent from 0kz.
• Use the 0kz brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any context — commercial or otherwise — without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component used on the 0kz platform.
• Create derivative works based on any 0kz content or game interface.

All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by 0kz and its licensors. Breach of this section may result in account termination and, where applicable, legal action to protect intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 0kz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 0kz platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial loss.

Platform availability. 0kz makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, third-party service failures, or circumstances outside 0kz's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. Bets already placed and accepted before a platform interruption remain valid and will be settled according to the result of the relevant event or game round.

Game outcomes. 0kz is not responsible for game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG systems operated by third-party game providers. 0kz does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the platform. The mathematical house edge inherent in all casino games means that, over a sufficient number of rounds, the majority of players will lose money. This is a feature of all casino games, not a characteristic specific to 0kz.

Force majeure. 0kz shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications network failures, power outages, or pandemic conditions.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 0kz in respect of your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written. 0kz reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated by updating this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
